The Educate North Awards are a prestigious awards event which celebrates, recognises and shares best practice and excellence in the education sector in the North of England.
On 7th April 2022, the Hello Future Team attended the awards ceremony and were shortlisted for the “Innovation Award”, one of 28 awards presented on the night. We were accompanied by Cosmos Engagement who helped to develop the live data platform and it was great to share the evening with Sean and Sarah!
We are proud to have had our ‘Future Selves’ approach shortlisted in its first year, and are excited to see the impact of this throughout the remainder of the academic year and beyond!
Jack, our Furness Outreach Officer, says, “It was a great honour to be representing Hello Future at the Educate North Awards, there were some amazing projects from across the North of England and it was really humbling to be recognised along with the others! We had a great evening learning about other outreach projects and hearing some phenomenal stories from professionals and practitioners in the sector.”
